It is equipped with resources and facilities necessary to influence student achievement and thus increase their opportunity for success.

Rules and Regulation for Library Users

  • All library users are expected to respect the right of others to study in a quiet atmosphere. It is the staff’s responsibility to enforce the rule of silence and as such are authorized to confiscate identification card of students who engage in discussions and in loud and extended conversations in the library and turn it over to the Assistant Dean for Student Affairs.
  • Responsible conduct must be observed in the libraries at all times. . Students who engage in disruptive and in inappropriate behaviors will be asked to leave the library.
  • Cellular phones, and other disruptive devices should be deactivated when entering the Library.
  • Smoking, eating, and drinking are not allowed in the library.

Load Policy

  • A student can borrow two (2) books at a time for one week.
    If the student fails to return the borrowed book/s within the due date, a penalty of 200 BZ per day will be charged. If the student losts the borrowed book/s, he /she is  required to either replace the book/s with same attributes or pay the cost of the book/s.
  • A lecturer or staff can borrow (4) books at a time for two weeks.
    If the leturer or staff fails to return the borrowed book/s within the due date, a penalty of 200 BZ per day will be charged from the lecturer or staff.   
    If the lecturer or staff lost the borrowed book/s he /she is  required to replace the books with same attributes or pay the cost of the book/s.
