Finance Department

The Finance Department consist of three sections:

Purchasing Section:
is the dynamic section in the department. In this section, the employees negotiate with suppliers and companies to make the necessary goods and materials available for other department in the college when it is required on time with suitable quantity and with a reasonable price. In addition, they deliver the purchased goods to the store after they check them and make sure that they are identical to the specifications.

Treasury Section: This section is responsible for payments less than one hundred Omani Rails. It deals with different customers and performs different type of jobs. For example, preparing the annual budget and presenting annual report. deposit the financial transaction in the bank ,follow up the official tripe allowance, maintaining petty cash, auditing its records and ensuring its compliance with the governments auditing regulation. Supervising the college cash, participating in its annual count, and performing audit.

Students Allowance: At first, this section records the register, which have the students name and send it to Ministry of Manpower and after auditing the register they transfer the money to the college account. At the end of the month, we activate the register, which have students name, account numbers, and send it to the bank to distribute the money to students accounts. In addition, we see the problems, which face any students allowance and try to solve it carefully.

Expenditure Section: After receiving L.P.O (Local Purchase Order) from purchasing section, audit all bills, check delivery issues, adding issues, examination board which came from store and corresponding them together according to the date and financial cash. Finally, the section prepare the issue voucher.
