Human Resource Department

The Human Resources Department is to provide leadership in the development, implementation, and administration of sound human resource policies, procedures, and programs which support the College educational and research mission. The goal is to be responsive to the changing needs of constituents, including employees, management, employee organizations and other College or state-related entities, while advancing the strategic goals and interests of the College.

Role of the HR Department
  • Evaluating the staff performance and forwarding the appraisal forms to the assistant dean for administrative and Finance affairs.
  • Following up- the attendance sheets.
  • Coordinating the personnel files for each employee.
  • Preparing job descriptions and specifications.
  • Induction program for the new staff at the college departments and functions of each section.
  • Oversees the direction and guidance of all new employees at the college laws regarding internal relations, obligations functional, dress code and Job description card and etc.
  • Coordination with Finance Department regarding to the employees' salaries and allowances.
  • Setting up a database for the college human resources.
  • Organizing training courses to raise the level of skills and experiences to administrative and academic staff in coordination with all different centers, departments and the Ministry.
