Ibri College of Technology started with 347 students on its first intake in September of 2007. As of January 2010, the population has reached to 1683 in which 68% are male and 32% are female students. It is also good to note that the number of diploma level students increased sharply in September 2009.

The table below shows the student statistics from September 2007 to January 2010.

* This number does not include the number of engineering students who have been transferred to other colleges to continue their diploma level. The transfer of students was necessary because the engineering building at IBRI College has not yet been completed. The total number of those students transferred in September 2009 was 96 and 88 in January 2010.

The programs offered by the college have also been developing beginning September 2007 as shown in the table below.  The College has not offered Diploma courses in Engineering yet due to the availability of the engineering building which is still under construction.
