QUALITY ASSURANCE COMMITTEE

The Quality Assurance oversees preparing the English Language Centre, for the Internal and External Quality Audits. It is accountable for preparing and submitting plans, such as the Operational Plan and Action Plan. The Assessment Reports are also submitted to the Quality Assurance Unit. The committee also coordinates and submits other QA-related documents and reports to the Quality Assurance Department. It also takes active part in organising QA awareness workshops. The committee monitors and supervises in the collection of data and feedback in the English Language Centre. It represents the ELC in QA meetings organised by QAD and prepares Annual reports for the Quality Assurance Department. This committee is also responsible for assisting the Administration of English Language Centre, in activities related to policy management in the ELC.
