The Entrepreneurship and Innovation Department (EID) was established in October 2018 to assist the college in achieving the new Strategic Plan (2019 – 2024). It is also in line with the college mission “To provide a high quality learning training and research environment towards developing technological, innovative and entrepreneurial capabilities to meet the ever evolving social and economic needs”. The main aim of EID is to create and foster a culture of excellence within the college by developing students’ innovative and entrepreneurial capabilities through various activities, initiatives, competitions and programmes internally and externally. The unit provides various facilities to support students who have the potential to start a business.
As you are aware, competition in the job market is currently tough. Therefore, looking for alternative pathways is critical. The EID provides you with the facilities you need to become a successful entrepreneur. If you have an innovative idea or project, do not hesitate to contact us so that we can guide you to turn your idea into reality.
1. To develop a cooperative relationship between the college and business sectors.

4. To encourage students to bring innovative ideas and projects into place and get them protected.

2. Providing guidance on feasibility studies and business plans.
3. Linking IbriCT entrepreneurs with industry stakeholders.
4. Accepting IP applications and liaisoning with the attorney office to facilitate patenting and securing IP.
